The Flourish Lab offers practical, easy-to-use strategies and tools grounded in proven social-emotional practices to youth-serving adults.
In a series of guided experiences, adults turn the focus on themselves first, in order to show up as their best for the young people they serve. This experiential workshop series offers accessible tools and strategies for self-discovery. You will be putting them into play right away.
The Flourish Lab incorporates three pivotal areas of focus: Relationships, Planning, Presence, which we believe, when mastered, can generate remarkable results.

What should you know about media?
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
What should you know about cookies?
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
When you take a course, some anonymous information about your course progress may also be temporarily stored in a cookie. Erasing this data will not impact your course progress stored in the LMS.
What happens with embedded content from other websites?
Our courses on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way it would if you visited the other website. The main example of this is when we play third-party YouTube content.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
With whom do we share your data?
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you are a member of an organization using this platform, your workshop progress is accessible to the leadership in your organization. All workshop progress data is also available to site administrators. However, the data we store is not evaluative in nature. It is simple data we use to keep track of which parts of the workshop you have completed. This is the same information you will find in the menu of each course. The checkmarks in the menu indicate that section of the workshop has been completed.
The surveys you complete after each workshop will be shared with your organization’s leadership, the leadership of The Flourish Lab, and website administrators.
How long do we retain your data?
Your data is maintained until your organization requests for it to be removed.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. The only personal data we collect about members of this site are their name, email address, and organizational information, if they are part of a group.
Where do we send your data?
Visitor comments submitted through any form may be checked using an automated spam detection service.
